The Integrated Assessment service line currently has a long waiting list for evaluations and a shortage of psychologists who can provide evaluation services.  At this point we are not taking new referrals for evaluation services.  For ADHD and LD evaluations, please contact the Psychology service line (435-797-3401) to inquire about wait times.  For Autism evaluations, please refer to the Autism Evaluation Provider list maintained by the Utah Department of Health and Humans Services for providers who may be taking new referrals.
