Up to 3 / ABC Classroom
The Up to 3 program is an early intervention program that promotes the development of children under the age of 3 who have any type of disability or developmental delay. The program provides services to children and families living in Cache, Box Elder, and Rich counties.
Most Up to 3 services are provided in the family’s home. Before services can be provided, professionals will conduct a developmental assessment. If the evaluation indicates that there are significant delays in development, early intervention services can be provided.
